Every scheduled visit is built around early detection, making small fixes before they become big repairs, and ensuring proper water runoff. Each scheduled visit includes:
- Roof, Gutters & Drainage Inspection (notes/photos)
- Roof Tune-Up (correct minor issues found)
- Debris Removal (roof surface + blow out gutters)*
- Flow Check (gutters & downspouts draining freely)*
- Runoff Point Review (spot drainage/water management concerns)
- Trim Along Eaves (limbs up to 3″ diameter – palm fronds near roofline)
- Optional: Algae Inhibitor (Algae-Free Guarantee plans only) — applied as needed
* In some cases where gutters have compacted debris or blocked downspouts – an initial gutter cleaning charge, semi-annual service, or gutter guard installation may be necessary
